Modus Airtech (Thermodynamics) Ltd is a family owned Building Maintenance Company (HVAC) that has been established in Ashford, Kent by the principal owner Ronald Lang since 1985.
We pride ourselves on providing a personal service tuned to our customers requirements and in doing so we have enjoyed long standing working relationships with many of our existing clients.
We have an established portfolio of high profile clients with numerous properties of various sizes located in Kent, London, Surrey and the Home Counties. We employ qualified mobile and residential engineers covering all areas of work; in addition, we can offer a 24/7 Call-Out facility covering our contracted sites if required.
We strive to achieve the level of service expected by our clients irrespective the size of the contract value, it is this philosophy that has enabled us to retain our existing clients and expand our client base.
Following an Assessment by an independent body, Modus Airtech has now been awarded ISO 9001 Certification in November 2011. This certification has been achieved by about 5% of UK Businesses and this prestigious award is supported by the Government and recognised world-wide.
